During the consultation we will discuss any goals that you may have and make sure they all follow the SMART principle, as each goal needs to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound. 

The consultation also gives us the chance to get to know each other before you begin the process of training. You can talk openly about your personal fitness aspirations and where you feel you need help. 

By combining what we learn in the consultation with what we learn by talking with you about your personal fitness goals and concerns, we will be able to work with you to build a workout strategy that will help you see quick results.
